Description

Stand facing the wall, holding a ball with the hand on the affected side. Perform a slow upward movement, like a spider climbing bit by bit. Once you reach the highest position possible, move your body against the wall to enhance the stretch. Make sure not to rotate your shoulders during the exercise. Then, return to the starting position and repeat the spider movement in another direction, for example, by extending the arm to the side with the hand on the ball, and then move your body forward to increase the stretch. You can also return to the initial position and perform a final spider movement downwards, still with the ball, and move forward at the end of the movement to intensify the stretch.
