Description

Stand upright with your feet facing forward, hip-width apart. Slip an elastic band just above your knees. This band should apply pressure to bring your knees together. Next, perform a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees, while maintaining a neutral spine. Use the strength of your glutes to resist the pressure of the band and make sure your knees stay in line with the center of your feet (around your second toes) without yielding to the pressure of the band. Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
