Description

Place a Swiss ball between your back and a wall, standing straight with feet hip-width apart. Bend your elbows and hold a weight against your chest. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back, while bending your knees to a comfortable angle. Make sure to keep your knees aligned with your feet and your back in contact with the Swiss ball. As you slowly rise back to the standing position, simultaneously extend your arms above your head to lift the weight. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement in a smooth and controlled manner.
