Description

Stand upright with your arm extended to the side (at 90° abduction), palm facing up, holding a FlexBar. During the exercise, perform small dynamic movements of the wrist, making rapid, small-amplitude pronations and supinations to move the FlexBar back and forth. Be sure to keep your body stable and engaged, maintaining core engagement throughout the exercise so that you do not get carried away by the momentum of the FlexBar.
