Description

You are standing in front of a wall, one foot in front of the other, on an airex (or another unstable surface like a cushion), spaced about a meter apart from each other, and holding a ball in your hands. While maintaining your balance, you will throw the ball with one hand against the wall on the same side before catching it. Then, perform the same action on the other side.
