Description

You are in a kneeling position, with the hip and knee of the front leg bent at 90° while the back leg is on the ground, knee bent at 90°. You are standing perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band that you are holding in your hands. Tighten your abs and in this braced position, extend and bend your arms in front of you, resisting the force of the elastic band that pulls you to the side. Make sure to keep your back straight and stay well balanced during the movement.
