Description

You are standing, an elastic band around your thighs just above the knees, standing on one slightly bent leg, the foot on an unstable platform while the opposite leg is elevated with the knee bent at 90°. You will move the elevated leg to the side against the resistance of the elastic band. Make sure to maintain your balance and keep the knee bent at 90° during the movement. Then slowly return to the starting position.
