Description
Lie on your side, then prop yourself up on one forearm, with your elbow right under your shoulder, and lift your pelvis so that only your forearm and the edge of your feet stay in contact with the floor. Seen from the front, your shoulder, hip, and top leg form a straight line; seen from above, your shoulders, pelvis, and knees are aligned. Do not rest your head on your shoulder, and do not let your pelvis sag or drift forward or backward.
