Description

You are standing with a resistance band around your waist, anchored behind you. You will step up onto the step with one foot, then lift the opposite knee in front of you to 90° of hip and knee flexion. You will then move the same leg to the side with a straight knee without placing the foot back on the step. Finally, return to knee lift position and then step down off the step.
