Description

Place an elastic band around your ankles. Lie on your back with both knees bent at 90 degrees, and place your feet against a wall. Position a small ball or similar object between your knees. While keeping one foot in contact with the wall, move the other foot outward to perform an internal rotation of the hip. Then slowly return to the initial position, maintaining the small ball between your knees, ensuring not to move your knees throughout the movement.
