Description

Get on all fours in the tabletop position, with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips, your spine in a neutral position, and your trunk engaged. Next, lift one foot off the floor while keeping your knee anchored to the floor, then slowly sway that foot from side to side. Turn your head to follow your foot with your eyes, keeping your spine aligned. Inhale as you return to the center, then exhale as you look over your shoulder and sway your body to the side. Perform the movement in a fluid and controlled manner, within a comfortable range, then switch to the other side.
