Description
Lie on your side, with your legs bent and stacked, your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height, palms together. Gradually lift your top hand away from the other to bring a gradual rotation of the spine toward the ceiling, with the arm opening backward. To guide the movement, bend your elbow toward the ceiling, pass your top hand over your wrist, your forearm, the inside of your elbow, and in front of your face, then extend it in the opposite direction. Follow the movement with your gaze, then slowly return to the starting position by curling the spine back in. Perform the movement in a fluid and controlled manner, within a comfortable range, breathing deeply during the stretching.
