Description
Get into the quadruped position, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. As you exhale, slide one arm under your torso toward the opposite side to bring your shoulder and head toward the floor, keeping your opposite arm on the floor to stabilize the position. Keep your pelvis over your knees without shifting it excessively, relax your neck, and direct your gaze toward the floor. Keep your breathing calm, aiming for both spinal mobility and the release of tension, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
