Three-Way Hip Strengthening With Straight Knee
HipStrengthening

Description
Put an elastic band around your knees just above your kneecaps. Slightly squat and lean a little forward from your hips. Then, transfer your body weight onto one leg while sliding the other foot laterally, before returning it to its starting point. Continue by spreading the same foot backward diagonally, and then bring it back again. Finish by extending the foot directly behind you, then bring it back once more next to the other foot.
