Description

You are standing with your back to a bench or chair, in a lunge position, supported on the front leg, while the back leg is bent at 90°, the forefoot resting on the chair and a Slamball in your hands on the side of this leg. In this position, you will rotate your torso and lift the Slamball diagonally, towards the ceiling, on the side of the supporting leg. Then return to the starting position by slowly bringing the Slamball down.
