Description

Lie on your side holding a medicine ball with both hands, arms extended in front of you. Hips and knees are bent at 90° and remain in contact with the ground throughout the exercise. From this position, perform a trunk rotation by slowly bringing the ball towards the ceiling, arms still extended, without lifting the knees. Then return in a controlled manner to the starting position, making sure to keep the knees on the ground and maintain the angle of the hips and knees.
