Description
Find a small bump just below your skull, at the center of your neck; this is the spinous process of an upper cervical vertebra. Use the tips of your middle fingers to apply forward pressure on this bump, imagining that you’re pushing your fingers towards your nose. At the same time, gently tilt your head backwards until you feel the first signs of symptoms, then return to the starting position by releasing the pressure. Then repeat the exercise at the same level or go to a bump below depending on how you feel.
