Description

From plank position, let your pelvis move forward and down toward your wrists. Press into your hands to keep your elbows straight and bring your chest between your biceps, then open it forward and upward by lifting the sternum without compressing the lower back. Keep your shoulders low and away from your ears, your legs and glutes active, your thighs engaged, your neck long, and your gaze forward or slightly upward. Maintain a smooth breath while seeking to lengthen the entire front side of the body.
