Description
You will walk backwards, rolling your foot from the tiptoes to the heel, placing one foot directly behind the other. With each step, when you are supported on your tiptoes, you will lift your leg by flexing your knee before placing the foot behind the supporting foot. Turn halfway around and return to your starting point in the same manner.
