Description
Lie on your back with knees bent, holding a weight in one hand. The arm you're working should be bent with the elbow on the ground. Use the opposite arm for support, pushing on your elbow to help lift the arm holding the weight. Slowly extend this arm upwards, then gently return to the starting position. Repeat the movement at your own pace.
