Description

Stand facing a partner who holds the resistance band, or attach it to a solid support. Hold one end of the resistance band in each hand, then raise your arms straight upward and slightly outward to form a “Y”, with your thumbs pointing backward. At the end of the movement, try to draw your shoulder blades slightly together, without pushing your head forward. Then slowly return to the starting position and repeat according to your therapist's instructions.
