Description

Stand up straight, firmly planted. Lift one leg while keeping your pelvis aligned, the foot of the supporting leg firmly rooted to the ground, and the other knee bent at 90 degrees. Straighten up into an upright and balanced posture. Quickly bring the leg back to the ground explosively, as if scraping the floor with your foot, then stabilize on the other leg for 3 seconds. Repeat this sequence maintaining fluidity and control.
