Description

Standing on one foot, begin by leaning forward and gradually lowering yourself until your hands touch the floor, then move forward into a plank position, keeping your weight on the ball of your foot. Push up with your hands and supporting leg until you are back in a standing position. Once upright, rise onto your toes before slowly lowering yourself back down. Then repeat the exercise according to your physical therapist's instructions.
