Description

From the Half-Pigeon Pose, hinge your torso forward from the hips without placing your arms on the floor. Keep your arms active, extended forward or in line with your torso without support, and maintain your pelvis facing forward and stable. Lengthen your spine, keep your neck in line with your back, and gaze toward the floor. Maintain a calm breath while controlling the posture and keeping your core engaged to support the movement, without letting the pelvis sink. Then slowly come back up and repeat on the other side.
