Description
Stand up, shift your body weight onto your supporting leg, and grab your opposite foot by the big toe. Start with your knee bent, then gradually straighten your leg forward depending on your mobility, keeping a gentle pull on your foot. Then lean your torso forward, keeping length in your spine, without collapsing. Keep your supporting foot engaged and stable, your pelvis over your supporting leg without tipping, your neck in line with your spine, and your gaze toward the floor. Keep your breathing calm, aiming for stability, control, and lengthening, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
