Description
From Lizard Pose with your back knee lifted, gradually lower your elbows to the floor to come onto your forearms, placing your elbows under your shoulders one at a time, or slightly in front of them, depending on your mobility. Keep your pelvis low and stable, without collapsing in your lower back, push your back heel backward to create length, and keep your front foot firmly planted, with your knee aligned with your toes. Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears, your neck long, and your gaze toward the floor. Keep your breathing calm, deepening the opening of the front of your hips while staying in control, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
