Description
Start in a plank position with your elbows extended and your legs straight, toes firmly pressing into the ground. Bring one foot forward as far as possible, to the side of that arm. When the foot is raised as high as possible to the side, place it on the ground, slightly lower your hips, and look up. Alternate this movement with each leg. You should feel a stretch in the hip of the leg that is forward and also in the front part of the hip that is behind you. Keep your back flat, avoid arching it when you lift your leg.
