Description
Start by extending your elbow in front of you then tilt your wrist backward so that the palm of your hand faces you. Bring your thumb to your little finger, then gently stretch your thumb to the side to form a 90-degree angle, thus creating an ‘L’ shape with your hand. Then, repeat the exercise alternating each finger with the thumb.
