Description
Get into the quadruped position, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Move your hands forward, then shift your pelvis and body weight forward to increase the load on your hands as much as possible. Dome your hands by slightly cupping your palms without completely lifting your points of contact off the floor, then release by resting your hands flat. Alternate smoothly between activation and release, keeping your arms engaged. Keep your neck long and your gaze toward the floor. Keep your breathing calm, performing the movement in a slow and controlled manner.
