Description

Stand on one leg with your knee extended, turning your trunk a quarter turn to face the anchor point of the elastic band. Keep your arms extended, rotate your trunk to bring your arms in front of you. Keep your balance throughout the movement. The exercise can be performed on the other foot and can be made more challenging by increasing the rotation speed, using an unstable surface (e.g., Bosu), or even by closing your eyes.
