Description

You are standing, legs straight, arms along your sides, holding a kettlebell (or equivalent) in each hand. While keeping the supporting leg as straight as possible, lean forward to touch the floor with one hand to place the first kettlebell. At the same time, the opposite leg rises to act as a counterbalance, and you keep the second kettlebell in the other hand. Take your time to stabilize before placing the second kettlebell. Stabilize again and then retrieve both weights before returning to the starting position. Make sure to keep your back as straight as possible and stay well-balanced throughout the movement.
