Description
You are standing next to a chair, with most of your weight on the front leg that you are working on, while the other leg is slightly behind. While keeping the front leg as straight as possible, you will tilt your body forward, reaching for the floor with the hand opposite to the supporting leg, as if you were trying to grab an object on the floor. You can use the other hand to support yourself on the chair for balance. At the same time, the back leg lifts to act as a counterbalance. Make sure to keep your back as straight as possible and maintain good balance throughout the movement. You then slowly return to the starting position.
