Description

You stand in front of a chair, facing the anchor point of an elastic band held in your hands, with one foot on the ground and the other leg stretched out in the air to let your body weight fall on one leg. Slowly bend the knee of the supporting leg until your glutes rest on the chair, then return to the starting position, pulling on the elastic band to take some of the weight off your body.
