Description

You are standing between a Swiss Ball and a wall, supported on one leg with the opposite leg slightly bent backwards, the foot off the ground. You will bring your hips back by bending at the hip and knee to perform a squat, while the back leg follows the movement without touching the ground. The Swiss Ball will help you by bearing part of your weight as you compress and roll it during the exercise. Make sure to keep your back straight during the movement. Then slowly return to the starting position.
