Description

You are standing between a Swiss ball and a wall, supported on one leg with the opposite leg bent in front of you against the Swiss ball. You are holding a dumbbell or equivalent in your hands, above your head. You will bring your glutes back by bending the hip and knee to perform a squat. The Swiss ball will help offload part of your weight by compressing it and rolling it during the exercise. Make sure to keep your back straight during the movement. Then slowly return to the starting position.
