Description

Stand on an unstable surface (cushion or other), holding a weighted ball in one hand or an equivalent weight. Lift one foot off the ground and maintain your balance on the other foot, while the opposite knee is bent at 90 degrees in front of you. Pass the ball under the knee and catch it with the other hand, then pass it behind the lower back and catch it with the other hand, and finally pass it behind the head and catch it with the other hand. Repeat this movement according to your physical therapist's recommendations.
