Description

Stand in front of a squat rack and place a taut resistance band under the big toe of the foot you are working. Position your shoulders under the fixed bar. Lean your upper body forward as if you were about to start a sprint: the heel of the foot on the ground stays off the floor, and your weight is on the forefoot, with a focus on the first ray. The free knee, the one not bearing weight, bends in front of you as in a starting position. Then push as hard as you can with your big toe for three to five seconds. The taut resistance band serves as a guide: if it snaps back, it means you have released the pressure on your big toe.
