Description

Stand with your feet well beyond shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing forward, with your hands on your hips. Push your hips back and hinge your trunk forward from the hips, keeping your back long and your legs straight. Lower your hands toward the floor between your feet until you feel a stretch in the back of both thighs and along the posterior chain. Hold the position for a few moments without going into pain, then slowly come back up by rolling your spine up.
