Description

Lie on your back with your calves resting on a ball. Your back should be in a neutral position, with a slight natural arch. Hold an elastic band between your hands, arms relaxed. Engage your core by activating the pelvic floor and the transverse abdominis. Slowly lift your pelvis off the ground while keeping your back straight, until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. Extend the elastic band in front of you at eye level to stabilize the upper body. Breathe in a steady and controlled way through the belly throughout the movement. Gently lower back to the starting position while maintaining control, then repeat the exercise.
