Description
Lie supine with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Lift your hips into a bridge until your shoulders, hips, and knees are aligned. In this position, raise your heels to come onto your toes, keeping your hips stable and your core engaged, then lower your heels back down. Perform the movement in a controlled way, breathing freely. Adjust how much your knees are bent to change the points of support and work the muscle chains differently.
