Description

You are lying on your back with your knees bent, a ball (or equivalent) between your knees, and your arms crossed over your chest. Tighten your abs, glutes, and knees against the ball, then push through your feet to lift your pelvis and align your trunk, pelvis, and thighs. In this position, you will extend one leg without releasing the pressure on the ball. Hold for the indicated time, then bend the knee and slowly return to the starting position.
