Description

You are lying on your back, knees bent, and hands on your hips. Using your hands to feel the movement of your pelvis, tilt your pelvis backward (the hands lower and the back rounds). Then, tighten your abdominals and glutes, and push through your feet to lift your pelvis and align your trunk, pelvis, and thighs. Then slowly return to the starting position and relax your pelvis.
