Description

You are lying on your back, arms crossed on your chest, legs bent, heels on the ground, in front of a step (or a stair) with thighs parallel. You will tighten your abs and glutes and push through your feet to raise your hips until you achieve alignment between your torso, hips, and thighs. While maintaining this position, place one heel and then the other on the step, slightly straightening your knees, before returning to the starting position, one leg at a time. You can place your hands on the ground for more stability.
