Description
Lie supine with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Lift your hips into a bridge until your shoulders, hips, and knees are aligned. In this position, lift your toes to come onto your heels, keeping your hips stable and your core engaged, then place your feet back down. Perform the movement in a controlled way, breathing freely. Adjust how much your knees are bent to change the points of support and work the muscle chains differently.
