Calf Strengthening With Range Marker

Description
Standing, balance on one leg with the ball of your foot placed on a step in front of you, and the other leg lifted at a 90° angle in front of you. Place a marker on the wall, slightly higher than your maximum reach when standing on the step with your arm extended. Without bending the knee of the leg you are standing on, rise onto your tiptoes to try to touch the marker, or even reach a higher point if possible. Then slowly lower yourself back down, bringing the heel below the height of the step, and repeat the exercise.
