Description

Run while accelerating towards a marker placed between 5 and 10 meters ahead of you. Once you reach this point, quickly change direction and return to your starting point by running forward. Maintain a dynamic posture, with your torso slightly leaning forward, and keep an active stance on the balls of your feet to facilitate the change of direction. Repeat the exercise several times, alternating the supporting leg for the change of direction. When changing direction, be sure to bend your knees, lower your hips, stay light on your feet, and keep your feet, knees, hips, and torso aligned.
