Description
Get on all fours, with your hands flat under your shoulders and your knees under your hips, keeping your trunk engaged. Gently shift your body weight onto your hands. Lift and then lower several combinations in succession by raising two fingers at a time, for example thumb and little finger, then index and ring fingers, then middle and little fingers, then thumb and ring fingers, then index and middle fingers, and finally ring and little fingers. Perform the movement gradually and in a controlled manner, keeping the rest of the hand firmly pressed against the floor and without pushing into pain.
