Description

Stand upright with your arms at your sides, holding a kettlebell in each hand, and place an elastic band around your hips, with enough tension to pull the band behind you. Bend your knees slightly, tilt your hips, and slowly lean forward, bringing your upper body toward the floor so that the kettlebell descends along your legs. Control the movement, focusing on moving your pelvis backward, pulled by the elastic band. Be sure to keep your back straight, maintaining the natural curves of your spine, despite the tilt of your torso. Then slowly return to the starting position.
