Description

Stand up straight with your arms at your sides, holding a weight in each hand. Place a step just in front of you. Slightly bend your knees, then hinge at the hips while keeping your back straight, until the weights go down along your legs and reach the support. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement. Focus on moving your pelvis back and ensure to keep your back straight, that is, not to lose its natural curves, despite the trunk's inclination. Also, make sure to keep your knees stable, with the kneecap aligned with the second toe throughout the execution of the exercise.
