Description

Stand at the top of a staircase and place one hand on the railing for stability if needed. Begin descending slowly, one step at a time, controlling the movement with each step. Repeat the movement with the same leg leading, continuing until you reach the bottom of the stairs or the desired number of steps. Take your time with each step, making sure to place your feet firmly on the step before moving on to the next one.
